The Listo Group has invested in building multidisciplinary executive teams that can provide a broad view of opportunities and risks for business growth. To this end, it structured its governance into decision levels in accordance with the practices of each business in the regions where it operates.
The main decision-making body is the Executive Committee of Listo Solutions, based in the United Kingdom, with the mission of ensuring the sustainability and perpetuity of the Listo Group in the long term.
Currently, this Committee is made up of 3 members.
In addition to the Executive Committee, the Listo Group maintains local Directors responsible for the business units, with the aim of promoting the growth of operations. We are looking for executives with a high degree of engagement with the Group’s values and proven expertise in the segments in which they operate.
